We are a group of current and former campaign staffers mobilizing a network of experienced electoral professionals on a volunteer basis to provide individualized support to school board candidates. We believe that schools should welcome and actively engage all families, support and respect educators, and provide high quality education to students of all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, abilities, languages, and nations of origin. Our goal is to make it easier for candidates to run and win school board seats, ensuring our schools are equitable and inclusive.

Our core team has expertise in education, campaign management, strategy development, field, fundraising, digital, operations, advising, and more on campaigns ranging from municipal to national. We understand the challenges of running a small, mostly volunteer-driven campaign and are here to help candidates with individualized support and guidance.
