First of all, thanks in advance for taking the time to do this interview.

Second, don't be intimidated by the length. All questions are optional. These are mostly just to prompt some story telling. Answer as few or as many as you like.

To save on typing, please record full screen video of you answering the questions verbally with OBS. (no longer accepting audio only interviews. Sorry!) The form is mostly for adding links, or for notes and bullet points of your own use prior to recording the answers. I will need both the form and footage of answers to make the video, but the form does not need to contain a transcript of your answers.

When recording, don't worry about "um's", "uh's" or mistakes. If you fumble your words, just start the sentence over again in the same single recording. I'll edit it out later. Please leave a couple of seconds of a pause between each answer. This will help me greatly during the editing process.

When you're done, send me the DropBox/OneDrive/Google Drive link for the video clip via Discord. (mackmcd#0421)

I encourage you to add anything you think is interesting, funny or important to know about you. Doesn't have to be speedrun related, even! This form is a guide, but it's not all-encompassing and everyone is different. For example, if you feel that your work as a tutor has made you more proud than anything you've done on stream, share it! This is your profile, so share anything and everything you want! The more material I have to work with, the better.

Finally, and of course, the video will be shared with you for approval before uploading, and I'll be happy to make any adjustments you like before letting it go live. My goal is to make you look as good as possible, as accurately as possible, without sharing anything you'd rather not share. You have final say, no question.
