2024 Williamsville Hall of Fame Team, Activity, Club, or Organization Nomination Form

A team, activity, club, or organization can be considered for Hall of Fame nomination and induction five (5) years after there last year of participation.

A committee member will not be considered as a candidate for the Hall of Fame while they are serving on the committee.

Once a team, activity, club, or organization is nominated, they will remain on the ballot for no longer than five (5) years. At that time, the team, activity, club, or organization will be removed from the ballot. Once removed from the ballot, said team, activity, club, or organization would be eligible to be nominated again.

No more than three (3) candidates in any category of eligibility can be inducted in any one year. There will be a maximum of five (5) total inductions in any year.

Nominations will be accepted through Sunday, December 31, 2023.
