Zero Suicide Learning Collaborative Speaker Interest Form
The Office of Suicide Prevention and Zero Suicide Colorado are excited to be in community with clinicians, practitioners, and professionals on a state-wide platform to deliver education and resources regarding the 7 elements of the Zero Suicide Framework and more. We are currently seeking speakers/facilitators for the 2024 Learning Collaborative space. If you are interested in speaking, facilitating, and sharing your work and experience related to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention please take some time to fill out this form! If you would like to recommend someone or an organization please fill out this fill and the OSP team will reach out. 

Please read the following information before completing the interest from:

Zero Suicide Learning Collaborative Logistics
  • Duration: 1 Hour
  • Dates: The fourth Thursday of every month
  • Times: 10am-11am MST; 5 minutes intro/welcome, 45 minutes to present, 5-10 minutes Q&A

Topics can range from, but not limited to:

  • Follow-Up Services
  • Equity in Suicide Prevention

  • Gun Safety and Suicide
  • Youth and Young Adult Suicide Prevention
Audience information:
  • 90-120 people ranging in expertise and field within suicide prevention work
  • Health systems professionals, clinicians, non-profit professionals, OSP grantees, etc.
