2023 High Noon Chili Cook-off Entry Form
Sunday, May 21, 2023 - 12 to 4 pm on the Jackson Town Square
Calling all chili chefs!  Get ready to bring the heat!
This is your chance to reign as Chili Supreme in Jackson Hole.  The High Noon Chili Cook-off is a signature event of Old West Days in downtown Jackson.  Sign up by May 10th to register your chili for the competition.  

In addition to the colossal bragging rights, you can also win cash!
  • First place (in each category): $300
  • Second place (in each category): $200
  • Third place (in each category): $100
  • Overall 1st place: The famous traveling chili trophy!
Winners based on who receives the most votes (tokens) at the end of the event.

To participate in this event, you must agree to the following:
  • Provide a minimum of 10 gallons of chili, cooked on site or in your kitchen but you must have your own means of re-heating (there will be no electricity)
  • Cook with USDA inspected and approved meat - be ready to show receipts and packaging
  • Provide a garbage bin and table cloth for your work area
  • Not necessary, but if you can provide your own tent, it would help us out greatly
  • Decorating your booth is a plus!!! (but not a must)
Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce will provide:  One 8-foot table, 2 chairs, tent if you need one, serving cups, spoons, beverage sales, and fire extinguishers.  
By completing this form, you agree to prepare a minimum of 10 gallons of chili and to tend your booth from 12 - 4 pm on Sunday, May 21, 2023. *
By completing this form, you agree to cook with USDA inspected and approved meat. *
