Target audience: Pilot's users including Dakar (OCG), Ethiopia (OCBA), South Africa (OCB), Lebanon (OCB) and Hong Kong (OCB)

Objective: Recording feedback from users during pilot stage. This allow capturing challenges during the use of the tool and will help frame the next phase of development. Feedback includes bugs, enhancement of existing features and new features suggestions.

Note that this feedback will be analyzed before being approved to be developed. Indeed, impact on cost, timeline and sponsorship will be considered before approving the new set of features.
