RISE STRONG REGISTRATION
Are you an active adult aged 40-60 years old who is struggling with pain and injury?  Are you frustrated with feeling weaker or getting slower in your workouts or on your runs?  Do you want to add strength training to your workout but unsure where to start?

If you know the solution to your challenges are getting stronger, moving better, and recovering wisely….  

RISE STRONG is the right class for you.

RISE STRONG is a combination of strength training, running distance in intervals with cadence, and recovery methods. You are given encouragement and guidance by leaders in the field of strength training & conditioning, running, and recovery.

RISE STRONG takes place over an 8 consecutive week time period of 2 training days per week, Monday and Thursday. Each training day is 90 minutes in duration from 5:00am-6:30am.  
Part I: STRENGTH (5:00am-5:45) with Coach Rob; Part II: Running & Recovery (5:45am-6:30) with Dr. Lynne

After your registration is complete, we will contact you within 72 hours to set up an initial necessary assessment prior to the beginning of the program.

COACHES BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Lynne Virant is a Navy Veteran and the owner of The Movement Clinic.  She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University.  She’s also a running advocate and instructor.  Dr. Lynne’s desire is to EDUCATE, EMPOWER, and TRANSFORM athletes and active adults of all ages. We want you to Move Well, Live Brave, and LOVE MORE so you can stay in the game.

Destini Robinson “Coach Rob” is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) via the National Strength & Conditioning Association(NSCA) and is the owner of MOVE PERIOD.  She earned her Master’s Degree from The University of West Florida in Exercise Science in 2004.  Coach Rob is a former college Strength & Conditioning Coach.  Before beginning MOVE PERIOD in 2009, she also worked in the private sector working with youth athletes, general population, and professional athletes.  Coach Rob’s philosophy is to provide all the opportunity to reach their greater potential in health and progress in life.
