ALL vehicles require proper registration. Before a permit is issued you must:  
1. Complete parking application form. The form must have your final confirmation of correct completion and understanding all the rules and regulations.                    
2. Have a ​valid Texas drivers' license.          
3. Pay a $5.00 sticker fee, online payment only.  

Vehicles on campus without a current permit or parked in a reserved space that is not their own are subject to disciplinary action up to and including towing without warning at the owner's expense. Temporary parking tags are available in the front office before school and during lunches for students who must drive a non-registered car on a short term basis.

​No loitering in or around a vehicle on or near the campus. Students may not sit in vehicles parked at school any time during the day. ​No students are allowed in any parking lot during class, lunch, or passing periods without a pass from an administrator.
NO PARKING areas for students include:
1. Any area posted with a ​NO PARKING ​sign.
2. The circular drive in front of FMHS.
3. Faculty parking lot or marked faculty spaces.
4. Driveways, sidewalks, medians, or grassy areas.
5. Designated Fire Lanes and Bus Lanes.
6. Private property directly across from or on any side of the building.
7. Along any curb which might restrict the flow of traffic.
8. The driveway between the field house and main campus building.
9. At the end of any row of legally parked cars.
10. Handicapped parking (without proper permit).
11. The athletic parking lot in front of the baseball/softball/tennis area is off limits to students unless they have a designated pass to park in that area.  
Student parking on campus is a revocable privilege. Violations which may lead to a loss of parking privilege include but are not limited to:
1. Speeds over 10 mph, reckless driving, and/or spinning tires.
2. Disrespectful behavior towards security officers or faculty.
3. Transferring or altering a parking sticker.
4. Leaving campus without authorization.
5. Playing car stereos at a volume that can be heard outside the vehicle.
6. Other parking/driving activity determined by an administrator as detrimental to school rules or procedures.

Place sticker on the inside of the windshield immediately above or to the lower right of your registration and inspections stickers.
All cars on school property or within boundaries designed as being under control of the school are subject to school policies and regulations which include the right to search for prohibited and/or dangerous substances, weapons and/or anything that presents a clear and present danger to the safety and welfare of the students and staff.

​If a car is sold or is no longer used by a student, please bring the sticker or a parent note saying the original sticker has been destroyed to the front office so student records can be updated.
