Dear Rockwood families,

Please complete the following January Pivot Chromebook Request Form as soon as possible ONLY if you do not currently have a UGDSB compatible device at home. At this point, we can offer chromebooks on a first come first serve basis per student, so please assess your family's access to devices before requesting one that may take away a device(s) from a family in significant need. Please fill out one form per child.

NEW PROCEDURE AFTER JANUARY 6th.

Once you have filled out and submitted this form please wait for a confirmation email. In the confirmation email, we will provide pick up instructions. Our aim is to get you a device within 24hrs.

Please remember that parents and students will not be allowed in the school and to follow all COVID-19 safety protocols such as self-screening, hand hygiene, mask wearing, and social distancing.
