This year Oberlin Bonner Scholar Program is Celebrating 30 years!

Oberlin College partnered with the Corella and Bertram F. Bonner Foundation in fall 1992 to launch the Bonner Scholars Program at Oberlin. Since that time, 400 Oberlin students have completed the program and 60 are currently participating, developing leadership skills and contributing to the local community through service. The Oberlin College Bonner Scholars Program’s 30th Anniversary Celebration will bring together current scholars, alumni, community partners, members of the Bonner Foundation, and past program staff throughout spring 2023, to reflect on and celebrate achievements, lessons learned, and future directions.

We are eager to invite Bonner alumni to join us in this celebration by attending the Bonner Center Open House on May 21 from 2:00 - 3:00pm. Come tour our new location with current scholars, visit the anniversary exhibit, showcasing our history and stories, and pick up your 30th Anniversary gift. Please RSVP here.
