This Google Form will be live until midnight on Sunday, December 29th, 2019. Only forms submitted before this deadline will be accepted.
The Women's Development Committee is using this form to collect names for consideration for Women's Advanced and Women's Competitive leagues.
Players are asked to complete this Form in order to submit their names for consideration. Players will be selected after a Try-Out on Thursday, January 2 at WSF South (U of M). The Try-Out for Women's Advanced League will be from 7 pm to 8 pm and the Try-Out for Women's Competitive (WIWIUL) will be from 8 pm to 9 pm.
Once the players for these Leagues are finalized, players will have to formally register via the MODS website.
If you are only interested in subbing for one of these leagues, you will still need to complete this form. You will get the most out of these leagues if you are able to come to every game; if you will miss multiple weeks, please consider signing up to be a sub.
