Dear Parishioner,  

As you know, the Rector Search Committee is a group of volunteer parishioners whom the Vestry has charged with selecting the next Rector for St. John’s.

We’re excited to begin our work by seeking your input through the attached survey!

We hope this survey will help us define who we are as a parish today, what we value, & our goals for our shared future.  We hope that our survey results will help us to hire the candidate whose values, interests, strengths, and vision most closely match ours.  Members of a household are welcome to complete the survey together or individually.

Our survey is meant to be easy to complete.  Its format is not meant to limit our scope of inquiry or discussion, but rather to enrich our interactions with potential candidates.

If there are additional issues which you would like us to consider, or any topics you would like to explore in greater depth, please let us know by reaching out to any of us.

All parishioner input is welcome and will be kept confidential for the sole use of the committee in our search.
