3 Mental Health First Aid Training Options

Option 1: Mental Health First Aid Basic

A 12 hour course
Delivered in person over 2 full days.
Maximum of 25 participants

Option 2: Mental Health First Aid - Standard (Virtual)

A 9 hour course
2 hours self-paced (online) followed by 7 hours virtually with facilitator (via Zoom)
Can be delivered in 1 full day or 2 half days
Maximum of 15 participants

 

Option 3: Mental Health First Aid - Standard (Face to Face)

A 9 hour course
2 hours self-paced (online) followed by 7 hours in person with facilitator
Can be delivered in 1 full day or 2 half days
Maximum of 25 participants

*Note, If you specifically want Alison as your trainer, we recommend booking early as her schedule is generally booked 3-6 months in advance.
