注意事项：
1. 开放预约直至额满为止 (预约人数是指患者人数，陪同者不须要报名)。
2. 请携带身分证、穿柔软棉质衣裤、自备3条毛巾 (1条大浴巾和2条面巾)和替换衣服。
3. 为统一作业，现场不接受报名，请在网上报名。
4. 预约者须有一位陪同人员随行, 症状严重者须要有家属陪同。
5. 预约者及陪同人员/家属必须提前半小时到公益站报到，逾时不候。
6. 请查阅您报名时所使用的电子邮件信箱 (包括垃圾邮箱) 以确认是否已成功报名。
7. 成功预约报名之后，请预约者及家属多利用时间上官网学习，听张医师讲座，看相关案例 (http://www.cch-foundation.org/)。
8. 如届时无法参与体验服务，请 WhatsApp +6011-1058 8700 通知巴生原始点公益站以取消预约。
9. 因位子有限，成功预约而无故缺席者，公益站将保留取消往后预约的绝对权力。
10. 逢公共假期休息。
11. 本公益站保留更改有关服务事项之权力。

Remarks：
1. Reservations are open until slots are all taken up. Please take note that number of registration refers to patient only, no registration is required for accompanying person.
2. Kindly bring your ID card, wear soft cotton top & bottom, and bring along 5 towels (3 big bath towels & 2 face towels).
3. To standardize operation, no on-site registration is allowed. Please register online.
4. Each participant must be accompanied by one member. Those with more severe symptoms need to be accompanied by family member.
5. Participant and accompanying person/family member must arrive at the Centre half an hour before their session starts. Late-comers will not be allowed in.
6. Please refer to your email (including spam box) to confirm if you have successfully registered.
7. After having successfully registered, participant and accompanied person/family member are advised to learn YSD from official websites, watch Dr. Chang Chao-Han seminars and related cases (http://www.cch-foundationusa.org/).
8. If you are unable to attend the  Experience Session, please WhatsApp +6011-1058 8700 to notify YSD Association to cancel the appointment.
9. As the appointment slots are limited, we reserve the right to cancel your future appointments if you fail to attend without notification.
10. We are closed on public holidays.
11. YSD Association reserves the right to amend matters related to Experience Session.
