Complete the following form to commence the registration process to play for AFC Rhoose in the 2022-23 Season.
The email address you provide below will be the email address used for future correspondence in regards AFC Rhoose and FAW Registrations.

For those who are registering for the first time (including all Under 6 players) -
In additional to completing the registration form, you will need to email a photograph (front facial ideally with a wide background) to afcrhoose@outlook.com  of the player.
This photograph will be the photograph uploaded to the FAW system.
Once the club has entered your details into the FAW system, you will receive an email from the FAW with a form that you are required to sign (Parent/ Guardian must sign if Under 16). Please sign the form and then send a good quality photo/ scan to   afcrhoose@outlook.com      for us to be able to complete the registration process.
