ABOUT COURT CRASHERS
We try our best to keep teams at 7-8 players in order to maximize court time for all players. If two of those players are missing, especially on a match day, this makes competing very difficult.

For ages 8-14 years old
This is a "rec league on steroids" type program
(this program may be too beginner for the very advanced 13-14 year olds)

Each week, one day will be devoted to practice and another day will be game day.
*If we have enough participants, we will have 2 age groups.

Each division is limited to 40 participants. Since everyone practices & plays at the same time, we are not able to take "teammate" requests. Teams are formed after basic evaluations on the first day. We try to make the teams as even as possible.

BVC is not responsible for lost volleyballs. We provide them for warm up & competition so we suggest that you do not bring your own. Kneepads are recommended. We suggest that players wear their hair up so it doesn't get in the way. Athletic shoes (NOT Keds/Converse/SlipOns) are required but they do not have to be volleyball specific. Athletic shorts/spandex & t-shirt are ideal. Players will receive a jersey to wear on game nights.

PRACTICE
1.5 hours, one day per week. The day each session will vary based on number of registrations and other activities going on at BVC.


MATCH DAY:
You will arrive 15 minutes before your first match. Your team will play 2 matches each week. You will receive a match schedule the week after evaluations when teams have been formed. You will receive your jersey on the 2nd match day.

Each team will have a knowledgeable coach. Players will practice as a group as well as with their team. Court Crashers uses a modified scoring system that encourages 3-contact volleyball. Basically, More Contacts = More Points for the winner of the rally.

Practices are not open to spectators. We welcome spectators at our matches! *Please adhere to our Covid guidelines that will be posted. Players must wear a mask into the building. They will be allowed to remove it while on the court. Spectators must wear a mask at all times on match day. Seating is provided so please do not bring your own. Do not rearrange seating. Young children should be supervised at all time and stay in the area with their family. Limited to 2 spectators per player. NO ADMISSION FEE!

Cost: $150 per player if paid with cash/check. $155 per player if paid via PayPal
You will receive one shirt.
Cash/Check, made out to BVC, can be mailed to/dropped off at our facility, made via PayPal ($155) to TLE4@bellsouth.net or bring cash/check on the first Sunday.

The next Session of Court Crashers (D) will be in January. We have not set the dates for it yet. We will post & send out to our current teams as soon as we know. Registration for that session will open around mid-December.

**Above are the anticipated days/times for this event. Sometimes we have to change them based on the number of registrations being drastically lower or higher than estimated. We try to not have to do this as we understand that you make plans based on published information but sometimes it is out of our control. We want to give everyone the opportunity to play and moving some things around allows us to do that.
