Please indicate in which area your event will be held / type the address / copy & paste a link. Transport will be charged from our kitchen in Waterkloof Pretoria to the event location and back at R6.50/km
Number of guests catering for *
The minimum required is 30 (only some options apply).  For parties bigger than 200, more carts will be allocated automatically without an extra charge for the carts. Labour is charged at R300-400 per event (1 hour setup, 3 hours serving and for up to 120 guests; more guests and longer hours will result in a higher labour charge)
Option 1: 125ml Tubs
Wooden cart: R25 per guest (50 minimum)
Bicycle: R30per guest (100 minimum)
Choose up to 5 flavours.  Ice cream tubs are served from the ice cream cart or bicycle.
Personalised artwork on tub is available at R2 extra per tub.

Includes:
1 x 125ml tub per person
Ice Cream Cart/Bicycle and Display Rental
Serving Accompaniments (serviettes, spoons, etc)
Dry Ice if needed*

Option 2: Ice Cream Sandwiches
Wooden cart: R27 per guest (50 minimum)
Bicycle: R32 per guest (100 minimum)
Choose up to 3 combinations (see last page) for your premade ice cream sandwiches. They are served from the ice cream cart.
Personalised artwork on each packaged sandwich is available at R2 extra per unit.

1 x Ice Cream Sandwich per person (6 x 6 x 4cm)
Ice Cream Cart/Bicycle and Display Rental
Serving Accessories (serviettes, spoons, etc)
Dry Ice if needed*

Option 3: Scoops
Wooden cart: R43 per guest (30 minimum with 3 flavours; 40+ guests with 4 flavours)
Bicycle: R48 per guest (60 minimum)
Choose up to 4 flavours .  Ice creams are served from the ice cream cart/bicycle and scooped onto sugarcones or into paper cups

Includes:
2 scoops per person
Ice Cream Cart/Bicycle and Display Rental
Serving Accompaniments (serviettes, spoons, sugarcones etc)
Dry Ice if needed*

Option 4: Scoops & Toppings
Wooden cart: R48 per guest (30 minimum with 3 flavours; 40+ guests with 4 flavours)
Bicycle: R53 per guest (60 minimum)
Choose up to 4 flavours (see last page).  Ice creams are served from the ice cream cart/bicyle and scooped onto sugarcones or into paper cups.
A selection of 2 handmade sauces and 12 toppings available on a self service table

Terms & Conditions
Upon acceptance of the quote, a 70% deposit is required to confirm the booking after which the balance is payable one week before the event.
Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to personal reasons or weather, the booking is only redeemable within a month of the booking date and is subject to availability.
If the event is postponed due to new Covid restrictions that has been implemented, the booking is redeemable within 12 months of the booking date and is subject due to availability.
Unfortunately no events can be refunded.
