Local Leagues in the MENTOR program can guidance for as long as they feel they need/want it. Every 6 months (or sooner), your local League and Mentor will evaluate how you are coming along on your goals and determine if continued Mentoring is needed/wanted. If your local League decides that Mentorship is no longer needed at a certain point, you are ALWAYS welcome to rejoin at any time.
