23-24 College Rep Visit Sign-Up
Please complete this form if you are interested in attending an upcoming college representative visit at Auburn High School. Meetings will be held in the library in the glass room.

Staff have the right to deny meeting entrance and remove participants for reasons such as behavior disruption, inappropriate language, and unacceptable conduct as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

- Be on time
- Attendance will be taken
- Let your teacher know where you will be
- You must participate for the entirety of the session
- Give reps your undivided attention, you are representing Auburn High School

Check the box of the visits you WILL attend. Be sure to write down the time and date of the visit and put it in your calendar! If you need a pass, you must visit your academy office the day of the visit. If you are in lunch during the visit, please go straight to the Freshman Academy office and head into the conference room. Attendance will be taken.
