We have various volunteer opportunities that will be helpful in making the art market a huge success.
Please note, volunteering for this event generally requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift. If you would like to sign up for more than one shift or activity, simply select multiple below.
Vendor Load-In: Help vendors load-in product from their cars.
Vendor Liaison: Periodically check in and help vendors with whatever they need, whether it be answering their questions , filling a water bottle, or sitting in their booth while they take a quick break.
33AM Floater: Welcome people coming to 33 Artists Market. Volunteer
should feel comfortable talking to people, helping visitors find what
they are looking for, be familiar with their way around the 33 Artists
Market and the Wonder Building. You might be tasked with Attendance Counter: Smile, Say Hi and Welcome to 33 Artists Market and count with a clicker how many people come into the building.
Merch Table: Sit and be engaged at 33 Artists Market Merch Table: Sell Stickers/Totes/Collect Emails for Newsletter. Interact with people, ask "how they heard about our event" answer questions from attendees if need be. *please don't stare at your phone the whole time, we will ask you to leave* This volunteer will man the Giveaway as well, making sure only one entry per person.
Photography/Social Media: We will give you the login information to our Instagram account and you can add stories, do a live feed from your perspective--- take photos for us to use for upcoming campaigns and teasers for events etc.
After Event Clean Up: Help artists Pack-up & Load-out (every artist has their own way of doing this— you’re here to help if needed)
*Volunteer Check-in will be at the "33 Artists Market" Merch Table.
