Hi, I'm Jeshika, a year 12 student who is currently writing my HSC PIP on the Korean Wave. A Personal Interest Project (PIP) is a deep research into a particular topic and in this case, I am researching the Western and Korean Beauty standards to explore the challenges of American-Korean idols who struggle to conform to both standards.By gathering this data, I will be integrating the information throughout my PIP as secondary data, however, the information you share will remain anonymous. Hi, I'm Jeshika, a year 12 SAC student, who is currently writing my Personal Interest Project (PIP) on the Korean Wave. Korean Wave is a common phrase used to refer to the unique Korean culture - music, dancing, food, lifestyle or entertainment. Therefore, the Personal Interest Project (PIP) will be used as it will an in-depth research into a particular topic, where in this case, I am researching the Western and Korean Beauty standards to explore the challenges of American-Korean idols who struggle to conform to both standards.
