2023 Guilford Free Library Summer Camp Registration
Use this form to register you kiddo(s) for the 2023 summer camps at the Guilford Free Library. You may fill out this form online or you may call or email the library or stop by in person and we can fill out the form on your behalf. Please see our contact information and get in touch with any questions.

Please fill out one form for each child attending camp. Grade is the last grade completed in June.

We'll get back to you by email to confirm space in the camp you selected and send you a medical form to either send back or bring to the first day of camp.

Drop off and pick-up are at the Guilford Free Library and we will have access to the Playscape and the Broad Brook Community Center this year.
