It is proposed that the Association’s constitution be repealed and substituted with the document titled “LASA Inc Constitution 2023”. 

A more detailed description of the changes to the Association’s constitution set out in the proposed substitute constitution is contained in the accompanying document titled “Overview of Proposed Constitution Amendments”.

Please note that none of the proposed changes affect the MLSAs present governance structure or the stated objects of the Association. 

As such, the following is proposed by special resolution:  That the Association’s constitution be repealed and a new constitution based on the document titled “LASA Inc Constitution 2023” be adopted in its place.
