Province 1 ECW Annual Meeting is Going Virtual!
We made the decision not to hold an in-person Annual Meeting in 2020, but we would still like to gather and connect with women in Province 1 for a day of enrichment.  We are interested in what you think!

We will be hosting a Zoom Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm
The Meeting room will be open from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.  There will be a set "order of the day" in blocks so people can come and go as they are available or interested.
Tentative Draft Schedule:
8:45-9:00 am Zoom room opens, equipment testing.
9:00-9:30 Opening Prayer, Welcome, Announcements, & Virtual Logistics. Bring your coffee/tea
9:30-9:45 Accept 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes and accept the financial report into the record
9:45-10:15 Laughing Yoga
10:15-10.30  Break with live music
10:30-11:30 Keynote speaker with Question and Answer
11:30-11:45 Break and prepare lunch
11:45-12:00 Noon Prayer
12:00-1:00 Lunch (Bring your own sandwich)  in breakout rooms with informal conversation
1:00-2:00 "TED" talks from around the province
2:00- 2:30 Break with opportunity for informal conversation
2:30-3:00 Closing remarks, thanks and closing prayer

Is there a topic on your heart and mind that you would like to talk or hear about?
Can you suggest a person from your diocese who has an exciting  ministry to share in a 10 to 15 minute "Ted" type talk.
Would you like to suggest a keynote speaker who would give a 30 minute talk followed by a question and answer time?
A week before the Annual Meeting we will have an "open mic" meeting for any and all to join, whether or not you are attending the meeting, to test equipment and navigate a large group. Would you attend this test meeting?
