Bench Order Form

If you are interested in donating a bench to the Forest we are replacing the current benches, which are deteriorating, with benches made from recycled plastic. They are commercial grade, maintenance-free recycled plastic that can also be engraved or personalized; "In Memory of", "Donated By", or create your own message.

The cost for these benches is $1,500.00. This includes the bench, the engraving, assembly and installation.  Please call the office or email with any questions.
