Entry form for players entering the HKDTA Competitions starting 25 May 2020.

Entries must be in by 2.00pm Sunday, 24 May. Entries are accepted on a “first in, first served” basis, so get your entry in early!

For those comps that might have multiple divisions, the division allocation will be determined once entries have been received and be based on performance and participation in other HKDTA comps.
