    The Magnolia Marketplace community stage is a vibrant and welcoming platform where local talents and artists come together to perform and showcase their skills.

It serves as the focal point of the marketplace, providing a space for the community to enjoy live performances, connect with local talent, distribute promotional material and celebrate the arts in a fun and inclusive environment.

Seeking professional, semi- professional and students from music schools, dance schools, and performing arts schools,.

Dates: Every 1st Sunday of the Month  June 2/ July 7th/ Aug 4

Time: Performances will be from 11:30am - 2:30pm

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure that your performance is family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
  • Our outdoor stage is a 16 ft by 16ft platform with Sound System and Microphone
  • Performers are responsible for their costumes and any props required for their performance.
  • By submitting this application, you agree to adhere to the event schedule and guidelines provided by the Magnolia Marketplace organizers.
  • Your participation is subject to approval by the Magnolia Marketplace organizers.

CHURCH USAGE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I/We the undersigned authorized representative(s) of the organization stated above in of the city of Sherman Oaks, State of California shall be using the building and grounds of Church of the Chimes from 11:30am to 4pm on the 6th day of August 2023, for Magnolia Marketplace,
herein referred to as “the Activity.”

   I/We understand and agree that neither Church of the Chimes, nor its trustees, representatives, employees, or agents may be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the activity which may result in injury, harm, or other damages to the undersigned or members of our organization and guests, invited or not. As part of the consideration for being allowed to use your facility, pool, building and grounds as well as all appliances and fixtures related to the Activity, we hereby assume all risk in connection with participation in the Activity. We further release Church of the Chimes, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives for any damage which may occur while participating in the Activity. We further agree to save and hold harmless Church of the Chimes, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives from any claim by the undersigned member of the Organization, their estates, heirs, or assigns arising out of or participation in any form or fashion in the Activity. I/We also authorize Church of the Chimes, its employees or agents to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment as may be necessary should any injury, harm, or accident occur while participating in the activity.
     We further state that I/We are authorized to sign this agreement: that I/We understand the terms herein are contractual and not mere recital: and that I/We have signed this document of my/our own free act and volition. I/We further state and acknowledge that I/We have fully informed ourselves of the content of this affirmation and release by reading it before I/We signed it. I/We have executed this affirmation and release on the indicated date and time this form was filled out in the electronic signature.
