Social Justice Multimedia Program

Our Social Justice Multimedia  (SJM) program is designed to help Indigenous people youth and families gain more insight on community engagement, climate adaptation, cultural preservation, and the protection of sacred sites and multimedia development.

Our ultimate goal is to help create change toward a healthy community and begin the conversation about issues that impact among young people and families. We emphasis the importance of art expression and how it can be used in activism and healing. 
 

Topics will include: 

Film and Photography

Indigenous Sacred Site Knowledge 

Environmental/Climate issues on Indigenous Lands  


Dates and Time to be Determine. 
Must be committed to weekend virtual training sessions from January-March 2023
Participants must have WiFi and Zoom access for virtual meetings & transportation to in-person meetings.
