Think about your emerging musical leaders (they do not all have to play guitar) who are showing promise and leadership while leading singing with others. By nominating a teen, you are also expressing willingness for you or someone on your team to be a "Sponsoring Staff Mentor" to the teen - to provide opportunities for them to songlead in your community, to help schedule and plan, as well as to offer useful feedback and on the ground support of their work.
