Este formulário serve para inscrever alunos no próximo ano lectivo. O registo fica completo com o pagamento total de $500.00.

Podem pagar das seguintes formas:
• Venmo (https://venmo.com/EscolaPortuguesa-DeUnion).
• Ou pode enviar um cheque para o P. O. Box 1124, Union, NJ 07083.

Em caso de desistência:
- até 15 de Outubro a propina é devolvida (excepto o depósito de $100.00 se fizerem o pré-registo);
- até 15 de Novembro é devolvida metade da propina;
- depois de 15 de Novembro não há mais nenhum reembolso.

A Escola Portuguesa de Union foi criada e é gerida por uma Direcção de Pais. É muito importante a colaboração dos pais ao longo do ano escolar, seja nas reuniões mensais ou numa simples ajuda a planear ou gerir um dos muitos eventos que tentamos fazer durante o ano.  A vossa ajuda é sempre bem vinda e agradecida.

This form serves to register students for the next school year. The registration will be complete after the total payment on the amount of $500.00.

You can pay through:

• Or you can mail a check to the P. O. Box 1124, Union, NJ 07083.

In case of withdrawal:
- until October the 15th, the tuition will be refunded (except the $100.00 deposit if you did pre-registration);
- until November the 15th, it is refunded half-tuition;
- after that, there will be no more refunds.

The Portuguese School of Union was created and is managed by a Parent’s Committee.  Parent collaboration is the key to the success of our school. If you can spare some time throughout the year to join us in our monthly meetings, volunteer for an event or simply providing your input, it is greatly appreciated.

Autorização para publicar / Permission to publish A Escola Portuguesa de Union pede autorização aos pais e encarregados de educação para publicar fotografias, videos ou textos dos alunos na comunicação social, no Facebook ou no blogue da escola. Esta publicação será feita de forma moderada e responsável como sempre foi feita até aqui. / The Portuguese School of Union asks parents and guardians to publish photos, videos or student texts in the media, on Facebook or on the school blog. This publication will be done in a moderate and responsible manner as it has always been done so far. *

Após submeter as suas repostas deverá aparecer a mensagem: "Your response has been recorded". Não é ainda possível imprimir um recibo de preenchimento, mas ser-lhe-á dado um recibo quando fizer o pagamento que valida o registo completo.

After submiting your responses the following message will show up: "Your response has been recorded". It is not yet possible to print a filling receipt, but you will receive one when you make the payment that validates the registration.  In September we normally host an Open House and any full or remaining payments can be made there as well.
