GREEN SHEETS:

What they ARE:
Green Sheets are a part of the system that band members use to communicate their impending late arrival, early departure, or absence from a rehearsal or performance. Green sheets enable us to make any necessary adjustments to our rehearsal plans and performance requirements. Green sheets also allow us to account for the whereabouts of every student who is scheduled to be with us at any given time.

 What they are NOT:

A green sheet is not an automatic excuse for lateness or absence.  Excused absences include illness, death in the family, and religious commitments.
Other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 Students should submit a green sheet for all absences, excused or unexcused. We deduct more points for an unexcused absence without green sheet notification.
