Our summer event includes the Special Events Center AND the Berglund Coliseum.  The Special Events Center is first come, first served, once full, all other exhibitors will be placed in the Coliseum which will hold our main stage and multiple entertainment/interactive exhibitors and experiences.

The Big Lick Comic Con exhibitor selection committee will approve exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis, and notify you once your status has been updated to approved or declined. Please note that exhibitor space is limited and submission of this exhibitor application form does not guarantee your participation in the event. Requests are not guaranteed.

SHOW HOURS and LOAD IN SETUP TIMES and RULES
IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT YOU MUST BE PRESENT BOTH DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
All exhibitors must be completely set up by 9am on Saturday and cannot begin breaking down any part of their booth displays until 5pm on Sunday. Exhibitors must be completely setup by 11am Sunday. Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of vendor space. The Big Lick Comic-Con will be open to the public from 10am (weekend pass holders)/11am (general admission ticket holders). Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event date will not be refunded.
Location will be given upon load in.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH DETAILS
Each Big Lick Comic-Con exhibitor booth includes one 10’x10’ space, one 8’table, two chairs and two exhibitor passes. Additional exhibitor passes over and above this number must be purchased. Additional tables/chairs are available for a small fee (see below).

RESTRICTIONS
o All signage, displays, fixtures, merchandise, etc. must be fully contained within your booth space(s).

o You may not sell or trade any food or beverage items without prior approval by Big Lick Entertainment.

o Non-service animals, alcohol, illegal drugs and games of chance (dice games, grab bags, blind pulls, raffles, vending machines etc.) are NOT permitted.
o Any weaponry must be approved on a case by case basis by Big Lick Entertainment. If selling weaponry it may not be in reach of the public, and any sold item must be sold in sealed packaging not to be opened within the event space. Patrons may bring purchased items to their vehicle then return to the event space.

o Big Lick Entertainment reserves the right to disallow any merchandise it deems offensive or inappropriate.
o All exhibitors must adhere to health and safety guidelines, rules and protocols as issued by Big Lick Entertainment.

Big Lick Comic Con does not permit or condone the sale of bootleg or unauthorized merchandise at the show. The sale and/or display of ANY merchandise shall ONLY BE ALLOWED, where the merchandise has been approved by the license holder for the property depicted and does not infringe on copyright or trademark laws. Merchandise including but not limited to: video, digital, DVD’s, CD’s, and artist’s renderings in any form or format, must not violate the rights of the rights- holder to the property.
By attending the Con as an Exhibitor, or by purchasing a table space as an artist, you are agreeing to follow these guidelines and any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the convention without refund. Our event works with law enforcement authorities, licensees, and rights holders to act against the sale of bootleg and unauthorized merchandise at this event.
Failure to comply may additionally be subject to prosecution by local, provincial, and federal authorities who will be given full access to this event.
Bootlegging is described as the taking of established published artwork and or digital media and reproducing product for sale that is not owned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The applicant voluntarily chooses to participate in The Big Lick Comic-Con. The applicant therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the applicant’s participation in the above- referenced activities against Big Lick Entertainment LLC. The applicant agrees to comply with all local and federal laws in relation to sales, licensing, taxes, etc. all.
