Application for Seals & Stole Award - Class of 2023

This is the application for Native American students who will be graduating in 2023 who would like to receive a Stole and Seals award. This application is due by December 9, 2022. The essay(s) will be due January 27, 2023. The PowerPoint(s) are due by February 24, 2023. If you are working toward the Seal of Distinguished Learning, your hours must be completed by January 27, 2023. You will need to two essays and two presentations if you are trying to earn the APS Indian Tribal Seal and the Seal for Distinguished Learning. Presentations will be scheduled On March 16 and March 17, 2023 and will be at the APS City Center located at 6400 Uptown Blvd NE.

Criteria for receiving Seals & Stole award 2023 *

I have a 506 form on file at the APS Indian Education Department.

I have a cumulative flat Grade point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher

I have less than 10 absences in any class my senior year.
