For Semi-Private, Small Group, or Large Group Training
If an Athlete cancels PRIOR to 24 hours before the session, the remaining Athlete(s) will be given the opportunity to continue the session with a possible price adjustment.

If an Athlete cancels WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment then the session will continue with the remaining Athlete(s) and the client-athlete cancelling will forfeit the session and be charged in full.

In the event of bad weather, holidays, or other conflict training sessions may be rescheduled on a case by case basis and to a time that is acceptable to the majority of the participating athletes.

Waitlisted individuals will be notified when a session opening becomes available; the first to sign up will receive the spot.
TRAINING APPOINTMENTS *
Clients must notify us of cancellation twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled appointment.   Contact us at Achieve@AthleticEvolutionSPT.com or (619) 535-1946 for any schedule adjustments or cancellations.                                                                                                                                                     NOTE: Client will be charged for the session if less than twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation is given.
Payment Policy *
Payment for training sessions is due prior to the first session via the Athletic Evolution website or via a provided link.
Flexible Funding Memberships
Memberships are offered at 3, 6, 9, or 12 months for a pre-determined dollar amount; automatic payments are made every 4 weeks for the length of the membership.
--Any unused monthly balance remaining will be rolled over to the following month; the membership balance must be used during the membership and do not rollover to future memberships unless balance is less than what can be applied to a training session.
--Sessions scheduled above membership level will be paid by adjusting the following payment date forward to cover the balance; an email notification will be send prior to adjustment.

Membership Freezes
Memberships may be temporarily placed on hold due to vacation, illness or injury, or high school sport season.
Notice of freeze must be given to Athletic Evolution SPT via our Membership Hold Request Form (available on website) prior to the first day of the requested hold and will not be issued retroactively.
Holds can be issued from 2-12 weeks.
Holds longer than 12 week may be issued for members of the military on temporary duty assignment with advanced notification.
Holds may be terminated early at any time and without penalty.
All payments made prior to the requested hold will not be refunded.
Clients will not be billed during freeze, and billing will resume automatically upon end of the freeze period.
All prepaid clients will have memberships extended by the length of the hold.
If client chooses to cancel membership during the hold or freeze period, written notification must be issued within 4 week (28 days) days prior to the end of the hold period, otherwise clients will be charged a final month of membership upon hold release.  (see Cancellation Policy below)

All payments to Athletic Evolution SPT are final. 
Athletic Evolution SPT will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests.
Membership cancellations are only processed by the submission of our Cancellation Request Form (available on website).
It is the clients responsibility to provide written notice 4 weeks (28 days) in advance of the next billing date.
Once cancellation has been made, clients are able to use their funds until the account balance is exhausted within the time frame of the original membership.
All cancellations will incur an early cancellation fee equal to 25% of the 4wk billing cycle or package amount.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
--For new purchases Athletic Evolution SPT, LLC will offer refunds only if it is requested within five (5) business days of the original purchase and no training sessions have been used. 
--In the event of a relocation or medical injury, clients are able, to request a refund on any remaining purchased membership.  
Proof of change of address or medical condition is required.

If you choose to cancel your membership at any time and return at a later date you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of re-enrollment.
