IPO-R EMV & CACIT 2020 ON-LINE registreerimine
Võistluse info ja registreerimine:
Eesti Otsingukoerte Klubi korraldab Harjumaal Harku vallas Murastes 18.-19.aprillil 2020 IPO-R võistlused maa-ala otsingus kõikides klassides. Võistluste kohtunikuks on FCI kohtunik Daniela Erasmus Austriast. Koostöös EKL-KKK-ga korraldatakse RH-FL B tasemel Eesti Meistrivõistlused (EMV) maa-alaotsingus, kus IPO-R Eesti Meister 2020 tiitlile võistlevad koerad, kes on kantud EST-registrisse. Välismaised koerad saavad RH-FL B tasemel osaleda rahvusvahelisel CACIT võistlusel, kuid ei saa kandideerida meistritiitlile. Korraldaja jätab endale vajadusel õiguse piirata osalejate arvu tulenevalt kohtuniku päevasest hindamisnormist või varukohtuniku kasutamise madalamates võistlusklassides (RH-FL A ja V).

Osalemise tingimused:
RH-FL B tasemel võivad osaleda koerad, kes omavad registreerumise hetkel IPO-R RH FL-B tulemust või kahte IPO-R RH FL-A tulemust hindele hea.
RH-FL A tasemel võivad osaleda koerad, kes omavad registreerumise hetkel IPO-R RH FL-V või  RH FL-E tulemust

Välisriikides saavutatud tulemuste kohta palume registreerumisel saata võistlusraamatu koopia e-postile test@otsingukoerad.ee

Registreerimiseks palume täita allpoololev veebivorm, tärniga väljad on vastamiseks kohustuslikud.

Information on the competition and registration:
Estonian Search Dogs Club will held an IPO-R competitions in area search (all categories) on 18-19 of April 2020 in Harju County, Harku Parish, in Muraste. The judge of the competitions is FCI judge Daniela Erasmus from Austia. Estonian Championship will be held in RH-FL B level, jointly organized with EKL-KKK (Estonian Kennel Union Dog Training Coordination Unit). The dogs who compete for the IPO-R Estonian Champion 2020 title must be recorded in EST-register. Foreign dogs are welcome to participate in RH-FL B level in international CACIT competition, but cannot apply for the champion title.

Requirements for participation:
The dogs are allowed to participate in RH-FL B level if they have following results in the moment of registration
IPO-R RH FL-B or two IPO-R RH FL-A result in good note.
The dogs are allowed to participate in RH-FL A level if they have following results in the moment of registration in IPO-R RH FL-V or RH FL-E result.

Results achieved in foreing countries have to be proofed by sending a copy of your working book to the e-mail address test@otsingukoerad.ee

Organizer will remain a right to limit the number of participants considered the time limits of the judge's daily working normatives or use of backup judge in lower classes (RH-FL A and V).

NB ! Tõutunnistuseta koerad saavad osaleda ainult IPO-R RH-FL A ja RH-FL V klassides. Dogs without pedigree are allowed to participate only in classes IPO-R RH-FL A and RH-FL V.

Kõik koerad peavad olema märgistatud ja eksamil identifitseeritavad. All dogs must have marked and identificated during the test.
3. Kinnitused ja muu info/ Confirmations and other information
3.1. Kas on vajalik väljastada võistlusraamat? / Do you need a score book to be issued?
Võistlusraamat väljastatakse juhul kui koer osaleb esmakordselt eksamitel. The score book will be issued if the dog participates first time in the test.

Registreerunuks loetakse peale osalustasu tasumist ja vastava kinnituse saamist korraldajalt. Registration is valid only after the payment of the participation fee and getting a confirmation from test organizer.
3.3. Vaktsineerimise nõuded/ Vaccination requirements *
Olen kontrollinud ja kinnitan, et osalev koer on vaktsineeritud EKL poolt tunnustatud üritustel kehtivate vaktsineerimisnõuete kohaselt. I have checked and I will confirm that my dog is vaccinated according to the requirements established by Estonian Kennel Union regarding the participation of the dog events in Estonia.
3.4 Osaleja vastutus ja kindlustus/ Participant's liability and insurance *
Koerajuht on vastutav kogu võistluse aja enda ja oma koera eest võimalike õnnetusjuhtumite korral.  Koera omanik vastutab enda ja/või oma koera poolt tekitatud mistahes isiku- või materiaalse kahju eest. Selleks tuleb esitada võistlusel vastutuskindlustuse koopia või allkirjastada kinnitus.                                                                                                                                     The dog handler is liable for himself and his dog during the entire test for any possible accidents. The owner of the dog must pay for any injuries to a person or damages caused by either himself or his dog. Therefore we ask to present a copy of your liability insurance or sign a declaration on the competition.
3.5 Klubiline kuuluvus/ Representative club
Infot kasutab EOKK IRO statistikavormi tulemuste esitamisel 2020.aasta kohta.Information will be used later by ESDC on recording the results in IRO Statistics Form for 2020.
