Please fill out this online form to register for Tarbiyah Learning Academy's Summer Learn 2023. The summer camp will run from July 17th to August 3rd (Monday to Thursday), 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at Jami Omar (2nd floor) and is designed for children aged 4 to 11 years of age. The cost for the full 3-week period is $375 or $150 per week. Please indicate which option you are registering for and which weeks if applicable.
Please use a separate form for each child you are registering.
