PRIVACY & CONSENT
What you share in writing or by speaking with a Bridges staff member or supervised practicum student is private and confidential information within our agency. Your expressed written consent is necessary for us to release confidential information to anyone outside our agency, unless required by law.
Limits of Confidentiality
We are legally obligated to break confidentiality if:
• There is an immediate threat to a person’s physical safety (yours or another’s)
• There is reason to believe a child is at risk of, or is currently, being neglected or abused
• We are summoned with a subpoena
