Members' weekend
It is almost time for the best weekend of the year, our September visit to the beautiful island Schiermonnikoog! From the 18th to the 20th of September you will have the chance to get to know the other members and explore some of the Netherlands' finest places. Get away from the study-stress and your laptop and join AEGEE-Groningen for a nice relaxing weekend.

The fee for this trip will be a maximum of €45,- and will cover the ferry tickets, breakfast and dinner, and activities during the weekend. You can sign up until Tuesday the 15th of September 23:59.

Notes:
- OV-kaart (public transport card) is needed as we will travel partially by bus.
- You can sign out for the trip until Tuesday the 15th of September 23:59 by sending an email to board@aegee-groningen.nl. If you sign out after this deadline AEGEE-Groningen will still withdraw (a part of) the fee.
- If there are more applications than places, the participants list will be determined by lottery. In this lottery, members who have not joined one of the previous weekends to Schiermonnikoog will have an advantage. This means that members who have not had the opportunity to join one of the previous weekends to Schiermonnikoog will get allocated three lots whereas members who have already visited Schiermonnikoog with AEGEE-Groningen will get allocated one lot. The lottery will take place after signing off closes and the results announced by email as soon as possible. In addition, helpers of the organising team are ensured a spot on the list. If you didn’t manage to get a spot, we will put you on the waiting list for people who cancel or don’t confirm their participation.
