Miniature Musical Makers is our tuition-based Saturday workshop offering 2nd through 8th graders the opportunity to work, rehearse and create together as a performance ensemble. Performers explore the many facets of theater – acting, music and dance – as they prepare for a musical performance to be staged on the Villagers Main Stage. Students study proper stage etiquette, technique, and the “works” of theater, as they develop a basic understanding of theater on stage. Over the course of the program, students gain an understanding of this creative art form and develop a strong sense of appreciation for all aspects of musical theater while rehearsing for the production.
