COVID-19 Health Screening
Lake Country School District will follow the new Waukesha County Public Health guidelines which allow for asymptomatic close contacts, people who do not develop symptoms, to end their quarantine after completing Day 10 of quarantine.  Close contacts must continue to monitor for symptoms for the full 14 days.  Therefore, if your child returns to in-person instruction after completing Day 10 of quarantine, you will be required daily to fill out the enclosed survey until Day 14.

If an asymptomatic close contact develops symptoms after the end of their quarantine, people should immediately isolate, contact their health care provider, and get tested. Community testing site locations may be found at: www.waukeshacounty.gov/TestingSites

Lake Country School District will not follow the 8 day quarantine if a person is tested and receives a negative test.
