The form is open to accept nominations from January 29, 2024 - March 29, 2024. We will conduct interviews from March 8, 2024 - March 29, 2024, and we will announce the slate no later than March 31, 2024. The following provisions shall govern the qualifications and eligibility of individuals to be an officer of the Schwarzkopf Elementary PTA:- Prior experience for Nominees for officers welcomed.- Only members of a local PTA/PTSA shall be eligible to hold office or serve on an Executive Board.- You may be required to a phone interview.- If you have any questions, please email us at ptaschwarzkopf@gmail.com

President: Plans and organizes meetings, committees, and oversees all planning.

1st VP of Membership and Volunteers: Implements membership drives and tracks membership info. Also organizes room parents and send out monthly updates to share.

2nd VP of Ways and Means: Helps plan and organize fundraising efforts. Assists with all fundraising events such as Candy Grams.

3rd VP of Programs and Hospitality: Plans and organizes hospitality events and works with committee chairpersons to distribute information.

4th VP of Community Outreach: Implements community drives and donations by partnering with schools and programs in need.

Secretary: Keeps a legal record of all meetings and assists President with event planning and scheduling.

Treasurer: Part of the financial team, helps create budget, makes deposits, and keep an organized record of all financial statements.

I only wish to be considered for a Committee Chair Position: Holiday Shop, Family Fun Night, Bear Fest, Bear Run, Boxtops, Reflections, Junior Achievement, Yearbook, Spirit Sales, Teacher Appreciation Week, Marquee, Papa Bears
