Thanks for considering Happy Valley Slumber for your special occasion! We are excited to style a memorable sleepover (or day over) for your special guest of honor!

Calendar of Availability
Please refer to our calendar to view available dates. We will contact you within 1 - 2 business days to confirm the date/theme availability and to go over details before the booking is completed. A 50% deposit is due to confirm a booking. If you have a preferred event date that is not listed on the calendar, please feel free to email us at happyvalleyslumber@gmail.com to inquire if we can accommodate the date. 

Terms and Conditions
By filling out this booking request, the host agrees to the following terms and conditions, including:

- The room should be clean and cleared prior to arrival and setup. Any furniture or household items must be removed prior to delivery as we cannot move furniture. 

- Food and drink is not allowed inside the tent and should only be consumed on the tray tables, preferably off the mattress. Water is allowed.

- No nail polish, paint, slime, open flames, glue, makeup, writing utensils (markers, crayons, pens) are allowed inside the tents, on the tables, or on the blankets/sheets.

- Guests should bring their own sleeping pillow for sanitary purposes. A throw blanket is provided with each rental, but guests are encouraged to bring an extra blanket if they get cold at night.

- Pets must be kept away from the sleepover space between set up and pick up. 

- The event space must be smoke-free.

Happy Valley Slumber LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, or any allergies resulting from wearable items, materials, or food.

Delivery, setup, styling, and pickup is included as part of the rental package for events within a 15-mile radius from 16803 (State College). Rentals up to 20 miles will incur an additional $30 transportation fee. Rentals 21 to 30 miles will incur an additional $40 transportation fee.

A-frame tents with foam mattresses are recommended for ages 4 - 8 and teepee-style tents with air mattresses are recommended for ages 9+. Please refer to the tent dimensions below to ensure there is enough space to accommodate the tents.
  • A-frame tent: 44" H X 34" W X 47" L with a fiber-filled cot mattress measuring 3.5'' H X 30'' W X 75'' L.
  • Teepee-style fabric tent: 72" H X 48" W X 48" D with an air mattress measuring 12" H X 39" W X 74" L.
