According to the school closure guidance received from Minnesota Department of Education, ONLY students at LIFE Prep are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch. To avoid wait time, you can fill out this form before hand by printing a copy of the lunch form, from lifeprepschool.org website under 2020-2021 school plans and bringing it with you during technology pick-up. Forms have to be filled out and will be available to fill out during technology pick up. Beginning August 31st, 2020 breakfast and lunch bags for the week can be picked up at LIFE Prep from 10am-12pm on MONDAYS ONLY! These bags will contain 5 lunches and 5 breakfasts. At this time students who do not attend LIFE Prep, cannot receive the meal bag. Please be prepared to fill out the school lunch form during technology pick-up.
