I will not cause damage to the wildlife, habitat, or land of Manatoc Scout Reservation

I will not cause damage to or enter any structure on Manatoc Scout Reservation except those structures being used as part of the BioBlitz activities

I understand that some species found on Manatoc Scout Reservation may be sensitive and I will not disturb them

I understand that I may encounter toxic or poisonous species of plants or animals and will avoid contact with them. I will assume any responsibility for any injury or sickness due to contact with such species

I agree to share species information gathered during the Manatoc BioBlitz with the organizers of the event. I recognized that such information may be shared with professional biologist, researchers, or other interested personnel

I agree to keep the location of any rare or endangered species encountered confidential to outside parties

I understand that this event is taking place during tick season and will take sensible precautions to minimize exposure to ticks

I understand that some media (photos, video) may be recorded during the event, and I agree to permit Great Trail Council BSA to use said media for marketing of future events on this location

I agree to sign a "hold harmless" waiver upon my arrival to the event

I agree to comply with any Covid-19 regulations that may be in effect at the time of the event (any Covid-19 regulations that may be in effect by local, state, regional, or federal guidelines, as well as any guidelines by Great Trail Council, will be available for review at check-in)
