Pre-Professional Program Interest/Audition form
If you have an interest or wish to audition for the DMR Adventures Pre-Professional Program, please fill out this form.

In addition to the form, please provide a link to a video showcasing the following:
1. A slate (your name, and a bit of information to share to help us get to know you better)
2. A clip of one or more of your talents in the performing arts (this could be a song, a dance, a monologue, a stand up comedy routine; whatever you are confident in!)
3. Tell us why you want to be a part of the DMR Pre-Professional Training Program

(The entire video should be no longer than 2-3 minutes!)

Acceptances/Invitations will be sent on a rolling basis! Please submit as early as possible, as acceptance will happen on a rolling basis. Please submit your auditions no later than Sept. 12 at noon.
