Since summer and fall weekend slots are always in high demand, we recommend securing your wedding services at least six months in advance. We don't take bookings beyond this timeframe. Please note that our services are exclusive to the Bridal Party (Bride & Bridesmaids) with a minimum of four individuals, and bookings require a 50% deposit. 1. Deposit: As part of our Wedding Agreement, a 50% deposit of the total party amount is required to secure your wedding date. Please note that this deposit does not cover the bride's Trial Style and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits can be made through e-transfer to bridal@trayelle.com.

2. Trial Style for the Bride: During this session, we'll create your desired wedding day hairstyle. The trial costs are not included in the initial quote and should be paid on the day of service. It's advisable to schedule this trial at least 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, but it can be done at any time leading up to the event. We recommend bringing all the accessories you plan to wear on your big day, such as your veil, hairpiece, jewelry, and more. Wear something white and have your makeup on to get a better sense of how your hair will complement your wedding look.

3. Wedding Day Hair: On your wedding day, we'll replicate the look we created during your Trial Style. Brides usually have their hair styled first or second to allow for any necessary touch-ups while the stylist is present. This means that makeup should be done just before or after the hair styling, ensuring you have ample time to get dressed and have your veil applied before the stylists complete their work. It's essential that all party members who are getting their hair styled have their hair washed, blown out, and smooth the night before the wedding. Furthermore, everyone must be present and on location at the designated start time, as there won't be extra time available for drying hair. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the wedding through e-transfer. In case the location incurs parking fees, these will be added to the final balance. It's our standard practice to allocate one hour per person to provide the best possible service to your bridal party.

4. Additional Stylists: Depending on the size of your bridal party, additional stylists may be required, incurring an extra charge of $75 or more. To avoid any confusion on the wedding day, please understand that TRAY'ELLE HAIR is the sole and exclusive professional hairstylist for your bridal party, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Cancellation: Should the wedding services need to be postponed or canceled for any reason, including acts of God or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, all fees paid to the hairstylist are non-refundable and non-transferable. The bride is responsible for any party and service cancellations.

6. Illness & Injury: In the rare event that the hairstylist is unable to perform the services due to illness, injury, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, they will make every effort to find a suitable substitute from their network of wedding hairstylists. If an acceptable substitute cannot be found, the deposit will be immediately refunded.
