Welcome to the District Programming Reflection Survey II (DPRS 2.O)! This survey exists to gain your feedback, perspective, and suggestions on what the NCD Council has done well, what can be improved, and how we can better support you and your chapter. We will use the results of this survey to evaluate the 2020-2021 council's work in order to present suggestions for structural / program-based changes to the 2021-2022 District Council. The hope is that this survey will be dispersed on a biannual basis and will gain the feedback of as many members of the district as possible, regardless of their district participation. If you have any further questions of suggestions that you do not feel comfortable sharing through this survey, feel free to email anyone on the district council with those questions and suggestions. This survey is due April 23rd, 2021.
