C&R Travel  are recruiting Independent Contractors to provide transportation services for students to and from school.

DESCRIPTION:
We provide private school transportation services to and from school for students that are homeless, living in foster care, or unable to ride a school bus.

*** We are NOT a school bus company ***

*** You will be driving your own vehicle ***

 We are currently looking for experienced drivers to provide transportation services within AZ.


SCHEDULE: We have both AM and PM routes available.

Morning routes are typically between 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Afternoon routes are typically between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Each Route takes about an hour to an hour and half (60-90 minutes) to complete


PART-TIME ONLY:
1 - 4 hours a day
5 - 20 hours a week


COMPENSATION: Drivers are paid on a *PER TRIP* basis and drive about 2-6 hours a day. The MINIMUM trip fare is $23 per trip up to 16 miles, then $1 per mile after that.

Hourly Average is about $23/hr


REQUIREMENTS:

- Have a safe and reliable vehicle
- Pass a background check
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Safe MVR driving record
- Pass a drug test
- Maintain AZ state requirements for auto insurance coverage
- Have a smartphone
- Be kind, friendly, and patient
