Your interest in joining our club is greatly appreciated. After completing this registration form, you'll receive an email with payment details. It's important to note that full payment of Club subscriptions is required before the start of the season to grant access to Club facilities and enable participation in junior surf, lifeguarding, training, and competitions.

Please be aware that all new member applications to NSLSC are subject to Committee approval.

To streamline communication, queries, and invoicing, please provide the name, email address, and phone number of the KEY CONTACT PERSON on this page. If you're registering a child under the age of 16, the parent or caregiver completing this form should be listed as the key contact person. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate, as it will be used for Club and SLSNZ correspondence.
