Senior Design Logistics Survey
Please provide the information requested in this survey. This is required so we can start setting up Trello workspaces, Github team repos, etc. This is due September 6th 12noon. Complete this AFTER you have signed up for your Github and Trello accounts. Some questions require your team assignment.

Team Name (This is the name we will use to schedule presentations, Trello workspace, Github repos, etc.). Do this after consultation with all team members. Your project/product name can be different from the Team name. *
Identify time slots (day/time) of one hour each in the evenings where ALL  team members can meet with the project mentor (do not include Wednesday 6-9pm). You should also specify afternoon slots but make sure you do not select a slot close to a class you are taking. If any any one hour slot from 6pm to 10pm on Monday works for your team, you can specify it as Monday 6-10pm. *
Technical areas that you plan to over in your project (can be more than one - for example, Security, Front End design, App development). *
